We were about to bulid our very first home and we met Andrew and Phil of APA homes. They were very professional and accommodating when we started building.We enjoyed building every step of the way. My wife and I have had 3 homes built in the ACT over the past 20 years, all by different builders. We first became aware of APA Homes after visiting their display home in Forde. We were impressed by the quality of the finish on display and the design differences that made the home stand out a little from the others available for viewing. Our views were strengthened further after doing some background research and discussing APA Homes with friends and colleagues in the building trade. We have been in our new home for a few months now and both Andrew and Phil have called to see how it is going and to remind us to submit any maintenance issues we may have. This sort of follow up did not happen with any of our previous homes! We are extremely happy with the quality and finish of our home and friends and visitors have commented on the design and inclusions of our home and how the standard appears higher than many others they have seen in the display village.
